I have noticed a complete change in my body in the fact that I have a much more toned look, and more of a physically fit look in my body. I have also had a change in my confidence. At the begining of bootcamp I could barely run a mile and couldn't even do a pull up, now I consistenly run 3 to 4 miles two times a week and a pull is no longer unattainable. Since then I haven't had  the motivation to workout.  Bootcamp has done that for me.  It has given me the motivation I need to get up exercise.
